Jaimee Park

Jaimee was born and raised in Hampton Roads, and she graduated with honors from Kempsville High School in Virginia Beach. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree at the College of William and Mary, in Williamsburg, Virginia, graduating cum laude, with a double major in Government and Sociology. While attending William and Mary, Jaimee was a member of the Political Science Honor Society and Sociology Honor Society and served as a tutor and Peer Advisor.

After her time at William and Mary, Jaimee attended Regent University School of Law, in Virginia Beach, Virginia, on an academic scholarship, where she received her Juris Doctorate. While enrolled at Regent, Jaimee received the highest grade in her Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing class, receiving a Book Award. Jaimee was selected to the Moot Court Board and participated in many competitions as both a brief writer and an oralist, in which she successfully argued constitutional and family law issues before panels of judges. Jaimee also had the opportunity to intern with the Hampton General District Court under Honorable Judge Corry Smith, then Chief Judge of the Court, and the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ).

Since passing the Virginia Bar Exam on her first try, Jaimee has primarily focused her practice on family law and estate planning. She has experience with divorce, custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Jaimee strives to go above and beyond for each of her clients and tailors her advocacy to their specific needs.
