Dear Clients, Colleagues and Friends:
During these trying times, we want to keep you informed of the procedures and actions we are taking to ensure your health and safety. At Weisberg & Weisberg, PLLC, we are committed to maintaining the safety of our clients, staff and community during the COVID-19 crisis.
We also remain committed to prioritizing our clients’ needs. Although many businesses are unable to continue regular operations, our office remains open and available to serve you.
The well-being of our clients and staff is our highest priority. Please note the following regarding all appointments:
- We are offering all our clients the options of telephone consultations or video conferencing to further minimize the risk of exposure to our clients and staff.
- We are honoring the current recommendations for “social distancing” to help limit casual contact and ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff. Please know that we appreciate you and are always happy to see you in spite of these precautions.
- If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms (cough, shortness of breath, fever, etc.), we respectfully request that you reschedule your appointment until you are free from any symptoms for a period of 14 days. We have asked our staff to do the same.
- If you have any history of travel (or have come in contact with persons who have traveled) to countries where there has been a confirmed epidemic (China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Iran, Italy, Japan or the State of Washington), please call our office to reschedule your appointment.
In addition to our existing levels of cleaning and sanitizing, we have supplemented these efforts with additional cleaning and sanitization of hard surfaces.
For up to date information on the virus, we would like to refer you to the government website for the Center for Disease Control and Prevention at www.cdc.gov.
Please do not hesitate to reach out online or call our office at 757-659-9611 if you wish to speak with one of our attorneys regarding concerns you may have about your case or a legal matter involving criminal defense, family law, personal injury, business law or estate planning. We wish you and your loved ones the best as we navigate the days ahead together.
